What happens if I am in bankruptcy?
If you are in bankruptcy, that is no problem whatsoever. We contact the court trustee at the bankruptcy court and inform them of your plans to sell the property. They will request that we send the contract to them to review and sign off. As soon as it is signed off by the bankruptcy court we would proceed to settlement.
What type of properties do you buy?
You name it we buy it. We buy houses in “As Is” condition at any location within the DC Metro Area. We will buy single family homes, townhouses, row houses, condominiums, duplexes, multi-unit buildings and commercial properties as well.
Where do you buy properties?

Are there any fees charged to me whatsoever?

If there are no liens, mortgages, judgments or back taxes due on the property and it is free and clear of any debt, our contract is very clear that there are absolutely no charges to the homeowner whatsoever in connection with the transaction.
Am I obligated to use your service once I complete your form?
Absolutely not! You have no obligation at all if you submit the information. All we ask for is the opportunity to make an offer for your house and tell you about the services we can provide. You decide if the offer works for you. Not only are you not obligated, but there are also never any high pressure tactics applied when you speak with us.
